Where is the "managing add-ons box?
I'm having problems with pop-up blocking in certain websites and I'd be
interested in anything I don't know about ie.

I finally got it, but it was by mistake.
I had it disabled in the "Managing Ad-ons" dialog box in IE.
I didn't even know that existed.
