Maybe there's a conflict between the 2 players? What if you remove them
both and then try? I just go to a site that requires flash 9 and it
automatically asks and I install, no bars no plugs no hassle!

Getting it from the Adobe site. It always asks if I want to install the
Yahoo toolbar, to which I say no. Than I let the ActiveX control do it's
thing, I don't get any kind of completion message. But it does appear in the

ad or remove list. In fact both the Shockwave and Flash player are there.
This almost makes me think that some .dll or ocx file isn't being properly
registered.
Following the great instructions that Phil gave the other day, I wonder what

the file name for either the flash or shockwave player would be so I can
register it.
In a perfect world, it would be something like flashplayer.dll and
ShockWavePlayer.dll respectively.
