OK, please try this - Phil and I have a theory:

1 - Backup everything in your Personal Settings folder;

2 - Delete all of the HSC files in all of the folders within Personal
Settings;

3 - Perform the keymap refresh;

4 - Restore one of your HSC files (one of the Sonitus suite files, for
example);

5 - Import the set into HSC;

6 - Refresh the key map again;

7 - Continue adding files one by one.

Please let us know if this works and, if not, at what point it fails (and
definitely which file was just added).
