yes you can, but as I said, I don't know how you select the bitrate.
If you can't do that, it seems like a pointlss program. By the way,
CDEX is free and really good. It comes with the latest lame encoder as
well. It also works perfectly with jaws. If you get it and you need
any help, just ask.
