Dave: There is no change even if I solo the track. I should also mention that these were complete tracks prior to my attempt to reconstruct them with no MIDI data missing. Robert. P.S. I've also tried increasing the buffer size from 64 to 128 under the global options in Sonar still with no change. ----- Original Message ----- From: Farfar Carlson To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, August 14, 2010 9:08 AM Subject: [ddots-l] Re: disappearing MIDI Robert, What happens if you solo that track? Does it play properly? I'm recording drums: after I finished my kickdrum and then move on to record my snare, I discover that parts of my kick track has disappeared in random places of the kickdrum track. During recording, no notes are being stolen due to voice limitation on any of my synths. Has anybody on the list experienced this phenomenon? if so, please share. Robert.
