That's what I did and it worked quite nicely. It's not perfect, but it's a 
whole lot better thanit was before.

  Or, you could use the Sonitus Track EQ.  The problem with using Sound Forge 
is that this will be a destructive edit on the wave form.  Where as, if you use 
the Sonitus EQ in Sonar, it won't be and you can undo it later if necessary.

    You can roll off your E-Q at 20hz, 60hz or 80hz. Depending upon which sound 
you want to get rid of. For example, a P sound is different then a WH sound.

    I just use sound forge for this.

      some multiband compressors have presets for that. including the sound 
forge 
      multiband dynamics.
      i've not checked on the sonitus multiband.
