You can roll off your E-Q at 20hz, 60hz or 80hz. Depending upon which sound you
want to get rid of. For example, a P sound is different then a WH sound.
I just use sound forge for this.

some multiband compressors have presets for that. including the sound forge
multiband dynamics.
i've not checked on the sonitus multiband.
