I know that Zeon is used for most of the seriously Pro PC DAW's.

I've got Conroe here, and it was supposedly the best option before the Zeon...

Truth be told, I dunno wotz best... grin!

Well folks, it appears as though I'm now on this hunt for parts to build a
daw. In speaking to Bryan Smart yesterday, he pretty much summed it up by
saying get an intel mobo and proc, name brand ram, c gate hd's, a good
antech case, obviously a good power supply. The question arises regarding
the various intel procs out there. Zeon, conro, prescott, Penrin, allendale,
Wolfdale, etc. Is there a resource that explains which of these processors
are the best for audio recording? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
