Nothing happens, whenever I press the designated hot key, (tripple s to unsolo
multiple tracks), nothing is unsoloed.
I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I guess I shall do so.

Ok, well, it can be something with the scripts, have you tried uninstalling
it, then reinstalling it again? if not, then it's worth a try.
Can you tell me exactly what is happening when trying to unsolo all tracks?
