Idon't think the Sonar5 codes will work. I had to purchase sonar6 producer direct from cakewalk(couldn't reach DD and didn't feel like waiting), and my serial & reg codes are different from those for version 5.

Subject: [ddots-l] Sonar 6, no serial number!

Before I contact Cakewalk, I thought I would ask if anybody else has had this happen.

I just went to install my upgrade to Sonar 6 Producer, and there is no serial number on the sticker inside the case. It says serial number, then nothing. It says "registration code (please write down)" and again, nothing.

Can I use my Sonar 5 Producer serial number, possibly replacing the version number portion with 6.0?

Thanks for any suggestions,

Chris
