It won't play in any player, whether it's Goldwave, Audacity, Itunes, or
Windows Media Player. And I know I've exported it as 44KHZ, 16 Bit Audio.

I'm pretty sure Windows Media Player cannot play 24-bit audio. If
you must use that program, make sure you dither and convert down to
16-bit wave when you export from Sonar.

Or, try Winamp, Foobar2000 or some other media player that handles
many more file types and parameters.
