The other thing you can do is download a free pdf conversion utility and

I don't think Sibelius will export anything very accurately; they're
very protective of their file format.
There's a Save as Graphics...
- select TIFF Bitmap
I just tried it and it looks nice.

Sibelius can export to a Finale file format. I don't know about Sonar.
