[ddots-l] correcting vocal intonation

Hi all I am needing to know if there is a tool that will correct a minor vocal
line in a song that has already been recorded on the hard drive. Note I
am using Sonar version 4.0, and have the file saved in a Normal Sonar extension
format.
Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. also if any plug ins are available to correct this problem would be great
too.
