Through which monitors?
The quality of your monitors and how your workspace sounds
acoustically will determine how accurately you are hearing
things. Also, consider getting at least one subwoofer, since many
smaller nearfield type monitors don't have bass that extends low
enough for some styles, i.e. hip hop, dance music etc.
