Shawn,

Call their tech support. Your Processor cooling fan may be set too high. 
Make sure they know the issue, and I'm sure they'll help you out.

Water under the bridge, but when I configured my DAW on-line with ADK I 
purposely chose the quietest fans available even if they cost a bit more.

Hi Dave,

The cost for this pup was $2390, I would have thought that would have
covered everything.  Even on the front of the unit it boasts of being quiet.
That's just not true though...

I guess you get what you get for $2390, and apparently lack of noise isn't
covered in that price...
