Sharon, just make sure that you have Adobe Reader 7. When it first opens,
you'll press ALT+S to process the document so that JAWS can read it. That
step may take a minute or two but just be patient.
When the document does open, you'll read a bunch of useless text at the
beginning because it comes from a schematic diagram of the unit. But keep
going and you'll find some useful info.
