have you ever tried out the antares evo plug ins, there's a plug in called
harmony engin there which is great and you can use it with the inspector.
if you would like to use an older one, you can go for the old steinberg's
voice machine. that's a great tool also.

I'm looking for a harmonizer plugin for Sonar, I've looked through the list
of plugins in Sonar Producer 8.0, but don't seem to find anything that will do
the job.
Does anyone know of a decent accessible harmonizer plugin?
I won't be using it for vocals, just guitar and bass.
