Brian:
What midi ports are available to sonar? Go to the track properties dialog
on a midi track and tab to the output field, then down arrow through the
list of available outputs to see what's there.

Hey Gord:
I really know very little about midi, but I am using a yamaha keyboard with
my delta sound card's software synth to create the midi sounds. The drum
sounds come in fine through the speakers, but when I press record, the
metrenome will not click. I do have the midi note checkbox checked in the
project dialog. Does this mean that I am unable to use a metrenome with
Sonar 2.2? Eventually I also may not have this keyboard, but I even assumed
that a metrenome is so popular that you should be able to access one in
sonar whether you are using a keyboard or not. Any help would be greatly
appreciated as I would love to have a metrenome in sonar to count off my
recordings.
Brian
