Hey James!
Yes indeed, I tried my CT 6 serial number but it doesn't work.
I'm not surprised because it's a paid upgrade and therefore should require a new serial number! What puzzles me is that Chee and others seem to have received their serial numbers! In fact, Mary Pat at Dancing Dots told me 2 weeks ago that I should receive my serial number last week but nothing so far. I guess I can wait until monday but I still don't know why some people have received their serial number but not me!!!

    Hi Jean,
Usually, Dancing dots will announce a official release of Ct as a
    public release.
I was able to also download a version, but didn't install ct on my
    system.
I would wait until Monday when you can talk to someone.
I once was on the beta team, and what happens is that sometimes a
link might be put up on Dancing dots sight before they're ready to
release the public copy, but I also don't want to speak out of turn
    either.
I bought my copy as well, and got my statement that it was charged
on my credit card. I haven't seen any serial number either, and no
    receipt.
Did you try your old serial number from CT 6?
James

    Hey Chee!
I now assume that you meant the CT serial number and not the Jaws
    serial number?
When and how did you get this CT 7 serial number?
I have paid for my upgrade 2 weeks ago and received an
    acknowledgement from Dancing Dots.
But, never got an E Mail from them with the serial number!
I'm calling them on the phone but the message says that everybody is
in California this week and not to expect a prompt answer!!!
I have also send E-Mails to Mary Pat at the office but no answer
    from her either!
Is someone from dancing dots monitoring this list???
    I'm a bit peeved!!!

Where did you get your CT 7?
I've paid for mine 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from
Dancing Dots for the download link.

I installed ct7, sonar7, and jaws9, and it seems there
                are quite a few issues.
first of all, it seems Jaws is not refreshing sometimes.
I have to manual refresh Jaws+esc in order to see the
value of the control I'm on, I.E. quantize beat value.
Also event view is not working at all.
Sometimes go to name column on track pane fails. Refresh
f6 doesn't work. I have to go out of the sonar window
and come back, then it works.
Lastly, anyone experience sonar7 crash when you click
patch browser on track property dialog, especially
                hypersonic track?
Chi
