Hi,
In fact, both SONAR and CakeTalking will install and run OK under Windows8.
But the problem is that Microsoft withdrew support for the Windows Classic
theme in Windows8 and 8.1. CakeTalking relies on that theme in order to
reliably predict the position of particular items on the screen.
Consequently, a number of important functions of CakeTalking fail under
Windows8 and 8.1.
As far as we know, Microsoft has not reinstated support for the Windows
Classic theme in Windows 10. If anyone knows otherwise, please let us know.

As far as I know, it doesn't; and it definitely won't be of any help
with versions of Sonar after 8.5.

Do any of you here use the latest version of CT with Windows 8.1? If
so, how does it work for you?
Thanks,
