[ddots-l] Burning a midi file to cd

Hey guys, Ok so how again do i go about burning a midi project. It is just
some soft synth from the sonar soft synth. When i go to export. There is only
listed things that i have actually recorded listed for me to export. I managed
to burn a cd of that, but I am confused. So I have this file that i want to
burn for a friend,, do i need to save it as something other then normal, when i
saved it. If so what. if not why is it not showing up in the list of things i
can export. Thanks in advance for all the help, and remeber that i am still a
beginner so talk real slow. :)
