you have 3 ways:
For what I know, for Sonar to export as mp3 you need to buy a mp3 license.
Or, Use the Lame encoder, it's free.
Or, export as wav then convert it to mp3.
Note: Loock on formats export list. You should find the mp3.

This is another personal puzzle which I've just discovered.
You've finished all the recording of the tracks. You've added effects to
certain tracks. And you've mixed the whole project. But hears the catch.
How
do you bounce it down to an MP3 file for distribution on the internet for
example?
I've just been through the varius menues within sonar, and I confess I'm
stumped.
Can any one tell me where I may find such a command?
