I'll skip talking about mk (unless anyone is wants me to).
Interesting about the missing files. c.avl is a useful part of the
library. As Chris says main and test are a demo which should be left
out. applets - part of the library but if it needs an external function
perhaps best left out - although addfiles is pretty trivial (as far as I
can recall).
Chris has given me a few improvements to the library, I will add these
and do a new version, but don't worry I will not break any existing code.
