I have tried to import a PDF on Windows 7 the original work was done on OpenOffice but it fails what steps are needed.
There is a PDF import filter. It relies on you having GhostScript installed, it then converts your PDF into an EPS file. That implies you can only see a poor quality bitmap image in the document, and if you want to print you will need to be using the direct PostScript option and be printing to a PostScript printer.
Although I have found PDF import useful, the last time I tried it, it seemed to get the bounding box wrong.
The filter is at: http://www.davidpilling.info/cd/DavidPilling/Filters/transpdf.html that page is linked from the OP CD filters page. -- David Pilling email: david@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx web: http://www.davidpilling.net post: David Pilling, P.O.
