I have now resolved the the Save default problem.
In my notes book I have the Saving a Default document in Win OvPro as
"MenuBar> Misc> Choices> Save" No idea why, but it is written so.
But it appears the correct place is Menubar File>Save as default.
Well that's what is working here ATM. :-/

Additional Problem:
If I double click the Default file in C:\Users... It opens and run
correctly, in that when my text gets to the bottom of the page it auto
creates a new page and my writing flows into that, and so on page after
page.
However if I run OvPro from the OvPro.exe (Or shortcut) the default
displayed, though the same Default as the previously double clicked in
C:\Users... now will not progress past the first page, displaying the
overflow arrow at the bottom of that page.
Worth noting, this applies to any default document I use in testing.
Run From within C:\Users... pages are auto created as the text advances.
Run from OvPro.exe (Or shortcut) and no auto pages created as text
progresses.
The same pages run from Menubar> File> Stationery *work* correctly,
including the original Default.dps
