Find myself in exactly the same position after a similar amount of time as
a customer. I entered into a new 24 month contract 11 months ago precisely
to keep my email addresses (and get a better download allowance). This has
prompted me to dump them ASAP as I'm not paying an extra £150 per year to
keep my email addresses (you get charged *per email address* now!).
The only good thing is that they (and Vodafone) have agreed to waive any
early exit fees....

Hi,
The great demon email disaster is upon me. Twenty four years as a loyal
customer and they have dumped a lot of work and added costs on me.
Anyway my new email address is:
david@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I would not mind hearing other peoples experience of migrating from demon
to names.co (although I am only going to use that for a while as a
backstop - if I can make it work).
