This is the original name of the font design that is provided for
RISC OS as "Formal" by EFF, so it should look the same as Formal.Bold
below.

This is a ITC Tiffany lookalike but it is no longer sold by EFF.
Initially sold as Warsaw it was later sold as Tiffany but neither is
on EFF's list any more.
