I get that message now and then, but I just try again a few minutes later,
and rarely have too much trouble. I never wait for them to tell me, since
they don't.
Also, Bing now uses the same large language model as ChatGPT, although I
believe they are using a different role. You can do most of the same stuff
in Bing now that you can do in ChatGPT, with the additional benefit that
Bing actually checks the web before answering.

I have to admit, Bing writes better sonnets than ChatGPT.
