I try to get the users involved but I may wind up building a web
interface to deal with adding to whitelists at least. I also have them
reporting to spam and ham, but an email interface seem to be
challenging my users. Its should be fairly simple.
We also noticed that the add-to-whitelist works by sending the
whitelist addresses in the body isntead of in the bcc like the doc say.
