[ctw] LDAP Error

Ever since upgrading to 1.5.1.1 I've been getting the following error:
LDAP bind error: 1 -- check ignored
main exception: mainloop_timeout
at which point ASSP restarts itself which seems to take a few minutes.
If I take the EIMS LDAP info out of the LDAP set-up, it generates an
error but no restart. So maybe I have the LDAP misconfigured?
Any pointers? Happens every couple of hours. EIMS 3.3.9.
