Personally I have strong objections to distributing copyrighted material -
not that I think it is necessary anyway with the proliferation of suitable
open source / freely distributable software.

sounds like "Nero burning ROM"?
you can download it from the web, I have a copy obtained that
way but the copy I got I had to also obtain a rego key thing
to make it work (ie. it's not open source.  This was ages ago,
now I use cdrecord or Xcdroast etc.
