The struggle continues...Klayman wins case that bulk collection is
illegal. NSA wins stay to keep it all going even though such collection
is now unlawful. Trouble at t'mill, need a new law to make spying on
everyone a legal act. Get rid of 4th and 5th amendments...that should
do the trick. Then we can get rid of all those darn terrorists...:-).
Interesting legal and constitutional developments taking place.
