Terrible strategy. You're relying on the opponent to mess up their
timing. A better idea is to press a jumping attack so that it whiffs when
the opponent expects it to hit (proximity guard kicks in). Then you do the
command grab while they're blocking high. Both strategies will obviously
lose if you get anti-aired.
