Sounds like what I got when I ordered my Oculus Rift a few months ago.
Not sure if it was this direct thing or something else. It was directly from
Amazon tho and not using a 3rd party.
Had a fixed(lower than I expected) extra fee that I paid them and that included
customs costs and all that shit.
Got my package in 5 days.
Same when I pre-ordered the Touch controllers. Its only shipping in December
tho.
