I did know that breakfast was mostly the invention of marketers. One thing to
note that they don’t discuss here, is sugar balance. If I don’t eat breakfast,
my liver will kick into overdrive and pump sugar into my veins. That causes a
spike that won’t be fixed even by eating properly for the rest of the day.
While this doesn’t matter to most of us here, if you’re living a bad lifestyle
and overdosing on sugar like most people (Americans) are, then skipping
breakfast isn’t a plan as you’re just putting more pressure on the insulin in
your system.
