LB's decided to focus on you because he has an internal pecking order of sorts.
You're in his radar at the moment so you can do one of two things. You either
need to destroy him or let him destroy you so he can move on to someone else.

It feels that way *lol* but l got to see what works and what doesn't. I'm
working on something new and improved. Better corner pressure and more damage
after gamma blade (the mirror image that he shoots out) and his command grab.
Also practicing his jump install combo but it's so damn hard to do it
consistently. I need it for punishes because outside of counter hit confirms,
it's his best source of damage.

The Axl match up was a real eye opener. Got to see what my bad habits are and
what doesn't work. Btw, those Axl combos look really cool :)

It's not. It's the same, but some of the older GGs had a bug that allowed
negative edge. So you technically get an extra frame to perform a reversal
(push + release). In XRD they removed negative edge so now you don't get the
negative edge frame any more.

Apparently the reversal window is 2f for everything except gold burst, which is
1f.
https://twitter.com/ruubri/status/547215008732831745

In ST, if you piano correctly you get a 6f reversal window. In GG Xrd I
*think* you can plink some specials to give you a 3f reversal window.

One of the reasons they do this is because of how the hitboxes work. Some
attacks arc from the front of the screen to the back and vice versa, but
because its a 2D game the hitboxes don't take the Z-plane into account. So if
you have an attack that is partially obscured by the character's body during
its arc, then often the hitboxes don't appear to line up with the move. To
avoid this they make all attacks look the same whether the character is facing
left or right.
