Manny Jacob’s CP Caboose Color Guide mentions that cabooses built between 1894
and 1912 were numbered in the 3000 series. Number 3445 is shown on page 6 of
his book in a 1906 picture. Given the number and the construction, 3015 was
likely built in 1894. It could have been built earlier if it was renumbered
into the 3000 series.
The trucks are double arch bar trucks, which were used in Canada and by some
roads in the U.S. I’m not sure when CP switched to regular arch bar, but the
picture in Jacob’s book shows 3445 with regular arch bar trucks. I’m not aware
of any manufacturer who offers double arch bar trucks.

As for the trucks, what design are they?
