Some years ago I asked David Hanna if he had plans to update the book but
unfortunately he doesn't have time. Perhaps when he retires though... Sadly
Murray Dean passed away many years ago.

Dean and Hanna's book is indeed the ultimate reference
work. I borrowed a copy from the local library. It is,
unfortuately, long out of print. The last time I
inquired of a used book seller, they wanted US$175 for
a copy. I have nearly recovered from the resultant
heart attack. I you ever see a copy at a swap meet,
GRAB IT FAST.
