Not to question too much Jeff but where did the two-tone
blue information come from?
B&W photos of the locomotive indicates that the locomotives were 2 toned.
If you look on the back of CP Tracks 8-1, the "Fall/Winter 2001" issue,
you'll see a repro of a colourized print of the Royal engine. Thanks to
Donald, we have a definition of the tones.
