blue information come from?

What model paint colour would be the best to use to represent the
blue colour that was on the Royal Hudson that pulled the Royal Train
in 1939?
The Royal Hudson were two toned blue. There was a dark royal blue on the
engine and tender. The engine and tender sides were a lighter shade of
blue.
Colour photos of the 1939 would be very hard to come by (ie. impossible?).
I've seen several colourized photos and drawings of the Royal engines a
times over the years. From memory, I think Van Hobbies' recent model isas
good of a guess as anyone's.and
