You may find a black pinstripe separating the yellow from the tuscan red.
Yes, there was a ½” border but I don’t think it counts as a separate colour.
It would be used to “finish” the edges.
BTW, the same technique was done to the gold leaf passenger car and steam
locomotive lettering.
