I'll second the motion for that book. I think it's an uphill battle though.
If anyone knows of one up for grabs- I would appreciate knowing about it...

I'll look at the library and ask around at local train shops after that
book, but in the (likely?) event that I can't find it, any suggestions as
to where I might find it? Is it still in print? The book might well be
interesting to me in general as well, given the subject.
