I've heard it called the Dunsmuir Tunnel but I don't believe that was
"official", perhaps just a factual description.
The Wikipedia reference to the Connaught Tunnel seems to have been correct
quickly because it was OK when I looked at it.

Did the CPR tunnel under Dunsmuir Steet have a name? There is a
Wikipedia article "Canadian Pacific Railway in BC" which refers to it
as the Connaught Tunnel, which we know is wrong.
