Okay, does anybody have information about Montreal or Ottawa-assigned
Dayliners used on the Ottawa-Montreal trains 421-422 and 423-424
(Lachute Sub.), the Ottawa-Chalk River train 557-558 and the
Ottawa-Maniwaki train 534-535?
Note that CPR renumbered many of their trains c.1956. The later
numbers were 131-132, 133-134 (the Lachute sub trains); 260-265 (Chalk
River) and 292-293 (Maniwaki). I believe all the above trains (except
possibly the Maniwaki run) operated with Dayliners both before and
after the renumbering.
Regards,
Andrew
