When I was in Lake Louise two years ago there was a jet mounted on a
flatcar and it may have had a plow. It was on the end if an out of the way
wye in the middle of summer. It had clearly been maintained. I know they
also use it to blow grain off the tracks to assist in bear mortality in the
Park.
I could dig up the photo if given some time and others were interested.
I've also seen video of a similar device being used in the last 5 years in
the London, Ontario CP yard.
