Hi All:
I have just received word that the National Train Show in Toronto has been
cancelled. However, the NMRA National Convention in Toronto is organized
and run as a separate event, and has not been cancelled. All NMRA national
convention activities -- including layout tours, clinics and banquets --
are still on.
Re the NTS, a rash of exhibitor cancellations in the last week due to
health concerns resulted in one-quarter of the normal number of exhibitors
remaining. The NMRA cancelled the show due to the inability to provide the
quality of show that people have come to expect from the National Train Show.
There is no opportunity to move such a large event to another location on
such short notice.
