I’m looking for drawings of CPR section houses in hopes there is a good set of
drawings that would help me build a model of the house on Hawks Avenue in
Vancouver. The CPHA on line library contains half a dozen section house
drawings, but none that have the configuration of the house at Hawks Street.
Wondering if there are other standard section house drawings I might use?
A GNR drawing shows the footprint for this building as 22’ x 30’. It had an
asymmetrical roof, with the peak running parallel to the 30’ dimension and
closer to the tracks. A good photo of the building can be found at CVA
AM54-S4-3-: PAN N12, a photo from 1923. The section house is visible at
extreme left.

Does anyone have an idea whether there may be a drawing of this or a somewhat
similar structure available somewhere?
