Fw: [BC-InterioRR] Hotshot Derailment Boundary Sub

I find the photo in this link very interesting on account of the sagging fabric on the roof of one of the near wrecked cars. Does anyone on this list have knowledge of that sort of un-stretched look other than in a wreck photo? In other words - from a modelling point of view - is there any basis for wrinkles of other non-smooth finishes on roofs?

Yesterday's article, updated today: http://www.nelsonstar.com/news/146353915.html
Interesting picture of passenger train derailment in 1936 at the same spot.

UPDATE: The damaged rail line near Corra Linn Dam was reopened Thursday evening after final
mandatory inspections were completed. Both sites where trains derailed earlier this week are now
open, however crews are still working on removing a submerged excavator from the site of the first
derailment on Kootenay Lake near Procter.
