Ahhhh, thanks so much Errol! Do you by chance have a source for that
information I could scour, or was it retrieved from memory?

Hi all,
Albeit a slim chance, would anyone out there have any information on the
Field Roundhouse of the 80's? I know it was constructed in 1913 as a 16-stall
house and eventually converted to the 4-stall one seen in a few 1980's photos
I've aquired. I've also found a plan in the CP SIG documents library
detailing the enginehouse's structure; it's not the same but very close to
the 80's photos I have. I have not located any information detailing the
diameter of the pit. It looks larger in the 80's than it did in an early
1900's shot. Would anybody know the diameter?
As always, if anyone has any photos they wish to share of the roundhouse and
pit in the 1980's I would love to see them. I believe the shots are most
likely out there somewhere, most likely buried in someone's personal slide
collections and not archived. But, it's worth a shot to ask.
Thanks :)
