Good evening everyone,
Please find attached a draft Consultation Response that I have prepared for the
Union Square Train & Railway Station planning application, based on discussions
during previous meetings of the Community Council in recent months and views
that have come forward from residents in recent years.

The first 3 Planning Applications focus mainly on the interior and surface
alterations, including:
181067/DPP, 181065/DPP, 181069/DPP
The fourth Planning Application speaks to the main body and works of the
renovation and refurbishment of the Railway & Train Station, listed as:
180953/LBC
I would recommend that for each of these applications we include:
- Support, with Additional of Recommendations
There around 120 Documents in total for all of the Planning Applications, and
so the responses included include more of a general overview of the proposals
rather than listing each associated document.
The exception to this are the recommendations I have suggested which include:
- Improved Accessibility
- Preservation, Protection and Incorporation of Built Environment & Heritage
- Taking account of City Centre Masterplan, and surrounding developments
If anyone has any questions, additional recommendations or areas to raise you
are very welcome to let me know and I shall endeavour to include in our
response.
If it would also be possible to confirm whether we would like to Support this
application with the included recommendations by this week's Friday, 20th July
to make sure that we can send in response within the consultation date.
